Tuesday Times Roundtables

Since my freshman year, I look forward to Tuesday afternoons. Tuesday Times Roundtable (TTR) was a great way for me to learn more about what was going in the world while engaging in discussions with the other FIU students. Through TTR, I learned about the LGBTQ community, hot topics in immigration, Mental Health, Sex Trafficking, indigenous cultures, and many more global topics. I am so grateful for TTR because it helped me become more culturally competent. I was able to use the knowledge I gained from TTR to help clients during my internship with Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP.
